I have a niche SaaS that's useful but will never get customers unless the target market knows about it.

So I'll spend 1 hour per day 'learning sales' (and the rest of the time actually doing sales).

please give your best recommendations (books/vids/courses/accounts to follow/direct advice/tidbits/other).

I think that your time is best spent identifying members of the target market and contacting them directly.

At that point, you can apply sales techniques per se. Your approach will vary according to whether your service is complementary to or a replacement for other services.

Just find and talk to customers. You’ll learn what works and what doesn’t. No book will teach you that. Use your expertise on the problem and your solution. Let the customer talk.
